SimpliSolve Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 August 2026

SimpliSolve ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit simplisolve.pro, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. It is written to meet the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.

How we collect information

We collect information in a few ways:

  • When you book a call or make an enquiry. We collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your business.
  • When you become a client. We collect what's needed to deliver and bill for the coaching program — contact details, and (once online payment is set up) billing information, which is processed by a third-party payment provider rather than stored by us directly.
  • When you browse the site. Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical information — your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you found the site — through analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and deliver the coaching program you've signed up for
  • Improve the website and understand how people use it
  • Send you information you've asked for, with an easy way to unsubscribe from anything ongoing

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We don't share it with third parties except where required by law, needed to deliver the service (e.g. a payment processor), or with your consent.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics (understanding how visitors use the site). You can disable cookies in your browser, though some parts of the site may not work as well as a result.

Security of your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including limiting access to it and using secure storage. If a data breach occurs that's likely to cause serious harm, we'll notify you and the Privacy Commissioner, as required under the Privacy Act 2020.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and delete or anonymise it after that.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To do this, contact us at paulb@paulbenn.me.

Visitors outside New Zealand

SimpliSolve works with business owners internationally. Wherever you're contacting us from, we handle your information under this policy and New Zealand law. If your local law gives you additional rights, we'll do our reasonable best to honour them — get in touch if you have a specific request.

Links to other websites

Our site may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their privacy practices, and recommend checking their own policy before sharing information with them.

Children's privacy

SimpliSolve is a business service aimed at business owners, not children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
