Business problem-solving

The business is running you.

Not the other way round. Hands-on, one bottleneck a month, until that changes.

You're not imagining it.

This is what's actually happening to small business owners right now.

Sound familiar?

These are real business owners, in their own words.

The business was running me. I wasn't running the business.

a business owner, on what changed his mind

Same fire, different month. The problems don't change — they just repeat.

Maybe it's not burnout — it's the ceiling.

You know AI could be cutting costs and growing this faster. You just don't know where to start, because everything still runs through you. Same fix, either way.

This problem has had a name for 35 years.

You're not the first to feel this. Four separate business books, decades apart, all diagnosed the exact same thing — and none of them disagree.

Work ON your business, not IN it.

An owner-dependent business is the disease. Systems are the cure.

If your business depends on you, you don't own a business — you have a job.

The theory isn't the hard part. Actually doing it is.

How it actually gets solved

$1,800 NZD a month. 10 hours. One thing handed off at a time.

  1. 01

    Find the bottleneck

Each month, we find the one thing in your business that only you can still do.

  2. 02

    Work it, together

10 hours a month, using AI to build the actual fix — not just talking about it.

  3. 03

    Hand it off

It becomes a system, or someone else's job. Not yours anymore.

We solve business problems, simply.

It's not that you don't want this to work. Most owners who haven't touched AI yet aren't uninterested — they don't trust it, don't have time to learn it, and don't want to hand something sensitive to a system they don't understand. That's not a flaw in you. It's the normal reaction to something new.

That's exactly why this is never handed to you as a tool and left. Paul works through it with you personally, one bottleneck at a time — nothing touches your business that you haven't seen and approved first.

Paul Benn, business coaching and AI implementation for business owners

Who's actually doing this with you

Paul Benn has spent nearly 30 years as a business consultant, solving exactly this kind of problem for organisations of every size. And he's built a real business from nothing himself — Enrollify — so this isn't theory. It's work he's actually done.

Where to start

A sequence, not a menu — each step is only the natural next question.

01

Not sure where to start?

A free 30-minute call. No pitch — just a real conversation about what's actually going on.

02

Want a clear answer first?

A $950 audit — two 1-hour conversations, real research, and a report on what's costing you time and the better way to do it.

03

Ready to fix it?

The $1,800/month retainer. One bottleneck removed at a time, until the business doesn't need you in the room for every decision.

Questions

What actually happens on the free call?

30 minutes, no pitch. We talk through what's actually going on in your business, and you'll know by the end whether this is worth taking further.

Do I need to know anything about AI already?

No. That's the whole point — you don't need to understand AI for this to work. Paul handles that part.

Is my business data safe with AI?

Nothing touches your business that you haven't seen and approved first. This is worked through with you personally, not handed to a system and left running unsupervised.

What if I'm not sure this is the right fix for my business?

That's what the free call and the $950 audit are for — a low-risk way to find out before committing to anything ongoing.

What's the difference between the $950 audit and the $1,800/month retainer?

The audit tells you what's costing you time and the better way to do it — a diagnosis and a direction. The retainer is where it actually gets built and handed off, one bottleneck at a time, every month.

I already know exactly what I want built — do I still need the retainer?

No — that's a one-off project, scoped and quoted on its own. Book a call and we'll figure out what it needs.

What happens if I want to stop?

The first month is a no-penalty trial — either of us can stop after it, and you only pay for the hours you've used. After that, it's 30 days' written notice, either way.

Do you work with businesses outside New Zealand?

Yes. This isn't a New Zealand-only business — the same problem shows up everywhere.

Do you only work with established businesses, or startups too?

Mostly established businesses — but a startup that wants these systems built in from day one, rather than fixing the bottleneck after the fact, is a genuine fit too.

Is it really Paul doing the work, personally?

Yes. Not handed to someone else, unless we agree otherwise.

Imagine a business that doesn't need you in the room every day.
